What you'll do As an Engagement Lead, you will translate ambitious AI capabilities into production systems inside major U.S. banks - owning executive alignment, delivery outcomes, expansion strategy, and risk management. You'll own the full arc of Casca's most critical client relationships - from first kickoff to go-live and beyond - serving as the strategic leader who keeps complex programs moving and turns successful deployments into expanding partnerships.
