The Associate, Training & Internal Communications will work closely with the ADESA and Wholesale teams and will be responsible for developing and conducting employee training programs for the organization. You will create and deliver high-quality, impactful training and educational materials to employees. Additionally, you will design and execute best-in-class change management programs; often designing multiple programs at a time. The ideal candidate must be prepared to serve as an ambassador for the Internal Communication & Training Team, and create a high-performing culture through impactful training programs and educational materials.
