Job Purpose and Impact The Shrimp Senior Research Scientist applies advanced scientific expertise in shrimp nutrition and health to deliver research that directly enables the development of new feeds, formulated diets, and nutrition based solutions. The role drives innovation and capability development aligned with Aqua Nutrition & Health (ANH) business objectives and NPSS priorities. Operating within the global Strategic Marketing & Technology (SMT) organization, this role supports both in system and in market teams by generating, analyzing, and interpreting complex experimental and analytical data. The Senior Scientist independently leads defined research workstreams, influences cross functional partners through scientific expertise, and contributes to strengthening Cargill's scientific leadership in shrimp aquaculture.
