Job Purpose and Impact The Process Intelligence Senior Developer prepares business‑relevant information and leads technical efforts to deliver intelligent process insights through advanced analytics, process mining, and data‑driven solutions. This role ensures teams have the data, process maps, and metrics needed to generate timely, accurate, and actionable insights by strengthening core capabilities in data management, data engineering, and decision‑support applications. The Senior Developer builds pre‑transformed data assets and designs scalable backend and front‑end solutions to support reporting, visualization, and advanced analytics, while partnering closely with data engineering teams on complex platform and infrastructure initiatives. The role evaluates and implements new process mining features that drive sustained process change at Cargill and plays a key role in advancing end‑to‑end process excellence through optimized solutions, a strong process culture, and consistent execution.
