Job Summary Cargill is seeking a Manager, Application Development - Specification Management who sets goals and objectives for the achievement of operational results for the team that maintains, integrates and implements product lifecycle management and specification management related applications across Cargill. This job coordinates the team responsible for software application testing, quality assurance, configuration, installation and support to ensure smooth, stable and timely implementation of new software and updates to installed applications. This Manager will be supporting a product team working to scale the use of SAP PLM across multiple parts of Cargill's business.
