Job Purpose and Impact The Hygiene Manager is responsible for effectively implementing the cleaning and sanitization of processing equipment, utensils, and the entire plant environment in line with food safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. In this role, you will be responsible for the development and execution of the sanitation program, ensuring compliance with applicable environmental regulations, including proper waste management, water usage, chemical handling, and effluent control. You will strive for continuous improvement by analysing sanitation performance metrics, determining root causes, and implementing effective corrective and preventive actions to meet safety, product quality, and environmental sustainability standards.
