Propósito y impacto en el trabajo El/La Enfermero(a) realizará actividades de salud ocupacional. En este rol, proporcionará capacitación y educación en salud y bienestar, servicios de salud para empleados y apoyo al cumplimiento normativo. Deberá contar con licencia para ejercer en su estado de empleo o con un equivalente en otras geografías. Responsabilidades clave • Utilizar conocimientos técnicos y formación especializada para colaborar en el diseño y la ejecución de programas de salud y bienestar para empleados. • Impartir capacitaciones en seguridad y ergonomía • Tratar, evaluar y valorar enfermedades o lesiones de los empleados, y determinar la orientación médica correspondiente. • Desarrollar, formular e implementar planes de atención basados en órdenes permanentes y directrices médicas. • Apoyar en la determinación de las funciones que los empleados pueden desempeñar bajo condiciones de trabajo restringidas, cuándo pueden reincorporarse a sus labores y cuándo deben ser remitidos a un proveedor
