Job Purpose and Impact The Compliance & Tecnology Analyst job performs routine ethics and compliance activities that support the deployment of compliance framework programs in assigned businesses or functions. Under close supervision, this job implements standard compliance programs and activities that are risk based, aligned with business needs and consistent with benchmarking and regulatory requirements and expectations. Key Accountabilities Process Automation & Custom Development: Support the design, development, and deployment of custom applications using Microsoft Power Apps and related technologies. Contribute directly to automation initiatives within the Compliance function using tools such as Power Automate (RPA) and other low-code/no-code platforms to optimize compliance workflows. Digital Innovation & AI Integration: Assist in identifying, proposing, and implementing opportunities to integrate AI, copilots, or intelligent agents into existing compliance processes.
