Job Purpose and Impact The Sr. Category Manager will lead to own and scale category management capability across the Cargill Animal Nutrition & Health Retail portfolio.This role will partner with Key Account teams to support category reviews, manage joint business plan reporting and support the broader business with category insights and developing capabilities.This role will operate as the category management expert embedded into account teams while also building repeatable tools, frameworks, and capabilities that extend to marketing and sales partners.This role requires strong judgement in a data-constrained environment and the ability to balance retailer objectives, shopper needs, and portfolio priorities.
