Under close supervision, this job supports the implementation of enterprise security policies and standards locally, collaborates with the team on evolving security needs, site and regional security issues and helps ensure compliance with global security requirements while adapting approaches to local risk profiles. Key Accountabilities Assist the Security Coordinator in overseeing security strategies, technical security operations, and work programs across all company locations, in coordination with the Security Manager and/or Supervisors. Provide recommendations and input to the Security Coordinator and Management regarding manpower allocation and security infrastructure across all company locations. Collaborate with the Security Coordinator in designing security systems and developing specialized training programs to guide and enhance the capabilities of security personnel at company sites. Monitor and control security strategies, technical execution, and operational programs across all locations in coordination with the Security Coordinator and/or appointed Security Vendor Managers.
