Job Purpose and Impact The CRM / LEAP Specialist is part of the Commercial Operations & Enablement team and supports the development, management and continuous improvement of Customer Relationship Management tools (LEAP / CRM) and related business processes that enable Sales and customer‑facing teams to operate efficiently and effectively. Under close supervision, this role acts as a specialist for CRM applications, translating business needs into system support, process improvements and user guidance. The role collaborates cross functionally to ensure CRM tools are effectively adopted, data is reliable, users are trained, and continuous improvements are delivered in line with business objectives.
