From validating a country's feasibility to processing the first customer transactions, you'll open new markets end-to-end; you'll thrive in unfamiliar environments, learn fast, and bring structure to ambiguity. You'll spend extended periods living in-market, meeting potential customers, navigating regulatory dynamics, plugging into local banking and fintech structures, fixing real bottlenecks, and expanding Capi's footprint across emerging markets.
