Where and how you can work Alongside our global campuses, we also collaborate with talented contractors and freelancers from all over the world to help us achieve our crazy big goals. This role is a 9-month engagement, working full-time hours per week. What you'd be doing in this role As Canva scales change continues to be part of our DNA. But we like to think that's all part of the fun. So this will give you the flavour of the type of things you'll be working on when you start, but this will likely evolve. At the moment, this role is focused on: Design & Craft Create high-quality print designs across formats (marketing materials, templates, collateral) Apply strong typography, layout, colour, and composition principles Ensure designs are functional, editable, and scalable within Canva templates Uphold Canva's “one quality bar” across all print outputs Print Production & Technical Execution Prepare print-ready files, including correct bleed, trim, colour profiles (CMYK), and resolution Conduct pre-flight checks to ensure accuracy and consistency before production Manage file setup, packaging, and export requirements for different print outputs Understand and apply print production methods and constraints Systems
