We are looking for a Full-time Assistant Store Manager - Responsible for Canteen and Sponsorships, to join our CAMP King of Prussia team. You will be responsible for guiding CAMP's families through our retail experience, ensuring they have a magical experience and want to return! This includes: SELLING FLOOR - Support the General Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the store to ensure the store and teams meet KPI targets - Collaborate with General Manager to develop clear action plans for the store and team and strive to achieve objectives, deliverables and timelines for each plan - Act as a results-driven role model for the team to impact sales generation and exceptional customer service - Lead and support the oversight of the Canteen floor; acting as Manager on Duty to ensure all operational and customer facing needs are met - Monitor and coach staff to continually improve selling opportunities and build genuine customer relationships - Create and implement visual and merchandising strategies to increase sales.
