CMT is looking for a collaborative, customer-committed, and creative site reliability engineering team member who wants to join us in making roads safer by making drivers better! Responsibilities: - Help resolve requests from or issues raised where Site Reliability Engineering assistance is needed - Monitor the production infrastructure using tools such as Datadog, PagerDuty, and CloudWatch Logs and help identify opportunities to improve scalability and efficiency - Help maintain the production infrastructure, performing tasks such as updating AMIs and installing the latest security patches on a regular basis - Perform regularly scheduled production changes such as service updates - Help the Security Operations team to ensure that we are meeting compliance requirements (i.e. ensuring that endpoint security is deployed, etc.) - Assist other members of the SRE team on
