Business Automation Trainee Madrid Business Automation Trainee Misión: El principal objetivo de la persona que se incorpore como Business Automation Trainee será el de dar soporte y aprender activamente sobre la eficiencia de los servicios y operaciones mediante la tecnología en Cabify. Quien se incorpore al equipo colaborará en el diseño, administración y optimización de soluciones tecnológicas mediante el uso de Inteligencia Artificial y herramientas No-Code/Low-Code y tendrá la oportunidad de aprender a diseñar flujos que eliminen tareas manuales, permitiendo que Cabify sea cada vez más ágil y eficiente. ¿Cómo nos ayudarás a cumplir con nuestra misión? - Aprenderás a configurar y dar mantenimiento a flujos de trabajo en Zapier, conocerás sobre Make (para lógicas visuales complejas y transformación de datos) y utilizarás n8n (para automatizaciones avanzadas). - Colaborarás en la implementación de Agentes de IA que no solo mueven datos, sino que "entienden" el contexto (ej. usar modelos de lenguaje para clasificar tickets de soporte, resumir incidencias o extraer datos clave de documentos automáticamente). - Gestión de APIs y Webhooks: Te familiarizarás con el consumo de APIs para conectar nuestras herramientas internas con plataformas externas, asegurando que la información fluya sin errores. - Optimización de herramientas No-Code: ayudarás en la administración técnica de Zendesk y otras plataformas, buscando siempre cómo conectar sus funciones nativas con nuestras automatizaciones externas. - Investigarás nuevas herramientas y técnicas de prompting para mejorar la precisión de nuestras integraciones con LLMs (como GPT-4o, Claude o modelos locales). - Documentación de workflows: nos ayudarás a crear
