Somos uma equipe de Engenharia de Software focada em Dados. Desenvolvemos o ferramental, os frameworks, a infraestrutura e as abstrações (Platform as a Product) que empoderam dezenas de engenheiros e cientistas de dados pela empresa. Tratamos a infraestrutura como código e construímos sistemas escaláveis de alta performance, garantindo que o ciclo de vida dos dados seja seguro, rápido e com a melhor experiência de desenvolvimento (DevEx) possível. Suas atividades como CSixer - Programar de verdade: desenvolver e evoluir frameworks, bibliotecas, APIs e ferramentas internas em Python e Golang para sustentar a nossa plataforma de dados; - Arquitetura e Cloud: projetar e implementar arquiteturas de software robustas e escaláveis no Google Cloud Platform (GCP), gerenciando a infraestrutura subjacente de ferramentas como Airflow, Dataflow e clusters Kubernetes; - Automação e CI/CD: criar e manter esteiras complexas de CI/CD, garantindo qualidade, testes automatizados e implantações contínuas (Infrastructure as Code); - Evolução da Plataforma: pesquisar, propor e implementar novas tecnologias e padrões de arquitetura que otimizem o consumo de recursos na nuvem e melhorem a resiliência dos nossos ecossistemas; - Engenharia de Confiabilidade: atuar na observabilidade, monitoramento e performance da plataforma como um todo, não apenas dos pipelines individuais.
