Trader Assistant Sant Just Desvern Requisition Number: 45876 Role Purpose Statement To provide support in the management of a cereal warehouse and collaborate in commercialization, field tasks, and basic agricultural machinery operation, gaining practical experience and professional development within the agricultural sector. Main Accountabilities Support in the management of a cereal warehouse. Assistance with tasks related to the reception, loading, and dispatch of cereals. Collaboration in commercialization activities and interaction with farmers. Support for field tasks and basic operation of agricultural machinery. Knowledge & Skills Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn. Improve Bunge's outcomes by making data-driven decisions, keeping the customer at the forefront of all they do, and proactively gaining insight into the global strategy. Collaborate, effectively communicate with others and take initiative to continually develop themselves. Pursue opportunities to solve problems and take action while maintaining the ability to manage work, even in times of challenge or change. Knowledge of agricultural machinery operation (desirable). Interest in cereal commercialization (desirable). Knowledge of the local agricultural environment (desirable). Education & Experience Recently graduated in Agricultural Engineering / Agronomy.
