What will you be doing as a Sustainability Execution Assistant The core focus of this role is on the collaboration with Sustainability Execution Lead HU&AT, Sourcing Teams, local logistic execution to develop, coordinate, and promote effective sustainability administrative compliance with ISCC system and sustainability certifications. This should be completed through the following activities: Responsibilities: Managing data recording and verification across partner registries, producer databases and sustainability systems Extracting, querying and reporting data using internal tools. Verifying documentation, traders and recording approved information in the relevant registries. Communicating internally with traders and sustainability teams and externally with suppliers on operational matters. Preparing, uploading and archiving documentation for audits, biofuel reporting and compliance requirements. Identifying and implementing technologies and process improvements to reduce manual work and streamline daily activities.
