What will you be doing as a Silo & Bulk Coordinator The core role purpose of the role is to Coordinate the activities in the Silo section This should be completed through the following activities: Responsibilities: Clarifying section objectives, defining tasks, and planning their achievement. Organizing section-specific activities in cooperation with the engineer and shift supervisors. Leading and verifying all section activities (reception, storage, delivery, maintenance, investments, safety, security personnel), reporting directly to the Plant/Factory Manager. Directing the manufacturing section's activity, emphasizing its total independence. Ensuring the elaboration and administration of annual and monthly budgets, focusing on resource saving and cost monitoring.
