Senior User Experience Designer Sant Just Desvern Requisition Number: 44349 Overview: We are looking for a Senior User Experience Designer with strong leadership capabilities and deep user-centered design expertise. You will lead UX workstreams in complex, high-impact projects, mentor junior designers, and act as a bridge between user needs and business goals. This role demands a high level of ownership, communication skills, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on design execution. The projects will be related to the creation of business applications, architecture design, business application interfaces, and the use of design systems. Essential Functions: Lead discovery activities, user research, and UX strategy formulation in relation to products Design and deliver wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and interaction models Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to align user needs and business objectives Drive continuous user testing, validation, and iteration based on insights Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and other UX/UI designers Actively contribute to and help evolve the Bunge Design System for the UX perspective Promote UX best practices across the organization and advocate for the user Guide design documentation, knowledge sharing, and governance processe Education/Experience: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in HCI, Interaction Design, Psychology, or equivalent will be a plus. 6+ years of experience in UX roles with proven leadership in design execution or product building
