About this role
OTC Specialist-AR Tianjin, AR Requisition Number: 46013 Role Purpose Statement: As a link between Sales and Finance, support successful business execution, provide professional service to sales team and our customers, at the same time, ensure that the company can effectively manage and collect its accounts receivable, thus maintaining a healthy cash flow and financial stability. Main Accountabilities: Manage customer accounts receivable, ensure timely and accurate recording and clearing. Regularly reconcile accounts with external and inter-company customers, resolve discrepancies and ensure receivables accurately. Create system invoices and E-invoices, ensure invoice accuracy and distribute to customers timely. Maintain good communication with Sales and Finance departments, resolve issue about customer accounts, handle customer complaints, price adjustments, refunds and other related accounts. Process price drop control for open contracts. Be responsible for daily sales and inventory reconciliation and prepare Daily Position Report. Do month end close for customer related accounts. Organize and archive documents related to accounts receivable. Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree or above, major in finance is preferred. 3 years finance experience in production industry, experience of crushing plant or share service center is preferred.
