What will you be doing as a Mechanical Supervisor The core focus of this role is to design, analyze, optimize, and supervise mechanical systems and equipment so that they operate safely, efficiently, and economically. This should be completed through the following activities: Responsibilities: Collaborating with the ARROP team and the department scheduler. Ensuring compliance with maintenance planning and work schedules via CMMS-SAP prioritization. Organizing mechanical teams (shift teams) and third-party personnel (mechanics/welders) for daily mechanical work per schedule. Supervising mechanical work execution to ensure personnel, installation, and equipment safety, adhering to technical standards. Contributing to work list preparation, parts/materials/services requirements for General Overhauls/planned shutdowns, developing overhaul schedules, and tracking work progress.
