In this role, you will support the development of a resilient, high-quality, and cost-effective supplier network for outsourced logistics services across our refinery operations. You will play a key role in sourcing logistics capacity, optimizing freight solutions, and driving continuous improvement and innovation across our logistics activities-directly supporting our business strategy. If you are a proactive logistics professional with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for sourcing and optimization, this is an opportunity for you! Key Responsibilities Lead logistics sourcing activities across refineries in EMEA; Manage freight inquiries, award decisions within existing frameworks, and administration in SAP; Act as a trusted partner to Commercial teams, delivering fast and competitive freight solutions; Monitor supplier performance (e.g., OTIF), facilitate supplier reviews, and handle escalations; Support contract ownership for outsourced logistics services; Deliver data-driven insights and market intelligence to support decision-making; Contribute to supplier development and continuous improvement initiatives; Drive innovation and efficiency in logistics operations. What You Bring to the role Experience & Education Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field; Minimum 5 years' experience in logistics
