The core focus of this role is to coordinate all activities in the utilities department ensuring compliance with applicable legislative requirements. This should be completed through the following activities: Responsibilities: Monitoring material consumption and operational parameters, and establishing corrective measures for cooling towers, air compressors, and boilers. Establishing and implementing corrective and preventive measures in case of non-compliance findings. Adjusting treatment plant parameters for maintaining treated water quality according to company standards and applicable laws. Ensuring compliance with deadlines for equipment inspection, testing, and trials, and planning operating license extensions. Following and monitoring the execution of daily, emergency, and planned annual repair plans.
