Deputy General Manager - Trade Execution Bhurai, IN Requisition Number: 44650 Role Purpose: Lead and transform Bunge's end‑to‑end Trade Execution across Bulk/Dry and Container value chains-consolidating and streamlining the global container business post‑Viterra merger, embedding enhanced controls, and reimagining the trade execution taxonomy using an Agentic AI lens. The role delivers step‑change improvements in speed, accuracy, cost‑to‑serve, cash conversion, risk management, and customer experience, enabling a scalable, resilient, and data‑driven Bunge supply chain. Main Accountabilities: 1) Strategy & Operating Model Transformation Define and execute the Target Operating Model (TOM) for Trade Execution that unifies Bulk/Dry and Container flows, optimizes handoffs, and standardizes global SOPs/RACI. Establish a “Bunge Trade Execution Taxonomy & Ontology” (process, data, events, controls), designed for event‑driven, AI‑first operations and audit‑ready traceability. Build a multi‑year roadmap (people, process, data, tech) to improve velocity, quality, and cost‑to‑serve; align with Bunge's enterprise strategy and GBS model. 2) Post‑Merger Integration - Container Business Consolidate and streamline Bunge's container execution post‑Viterra integration-harmonize policies, lanes, rate cards, vendor panels, SLAs, SOPs, KPIs, and data standards.
