Computational Biologist Remote, UNAVAILABLE, US Overview Computational Biologist - Technical Support, Spatial Biology Bruker Spatial Biology is seeking a motivated Computational Biologist to join our Technical Support team within Customer Experience. In this role, you will support data analysis for Bruker's spatial biology platforms. You will assist in resolving customer inquiries, providing resources and tools, and delivering training for internal teams and external users. Working closely with Commercial and R&D teams, you will contribute to successful customer outcomes by helping address data analysis challenges with accuracy and scientific insight. Responsibilities Essential Responsibilities: Support data analysis workflows and tools for Bruker's spatial biology platforms. Respond to technical inquiries and assist with data quality issues across transcriptomics and proteomics workflows. Help implement and maintain analytical workflows for customer spatial 'omics datasets. Provide training and troubleshooting support for internal and external users. Assist in interpreting results and linking findings to biological questions and study goals. Communicate results clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Collaborate with research scientists, software developers, and customer-facing teams to resolve challenges. Stay informed about emerging tools and methods in spatial omics data analysis.
