THE ROLE We're hiring Product Engineers who excel at turning complex customer problems into elegant technical solutions. You'll own substantial features from conception to production, working directly with customers to understand their needs, designing scalable architectures, and shipping code that measurably improves compliance operations. This role combines deep technical work with high customer impact. You'll build systems that process thousands of cases, save compliance teams significant time, and directly contribute to company revenue. WHAT YOU'LL BUILD - Develop intuitive interfaces for case management, reporting, and analytics. - Build document analysis and verification systems. - Build agentic workflows that coordinate AI tools and data services to perform research, enrichment, and verification, while keeping humans in the loop for review. - Create tools that help customers configure and customize their compliance workflows. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR MUST-HAVES: - 4+ years (Engineer) / 6+ years (Sr. Engineer) / 8+ years (Staff Engineer) of experience building production software. - Strong full-stack capabilities, including backend services, APIs, databases, and (nice-to-have) frontend development. - A track record
