THE ROLE We're hiring a Deployment Strategist to lead the charge in deploying our AI agents into the complex and highly regulated environments of major banks and fintechs. You will be the bridge between our technology and our customers, ensuring our AI solutions solve real-world financial crime challenges while driving the expansion of our enterprise partnerships. This role is a unique blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and customer-facing leadership. You will work directly with our largest clients to design and implement deployment strategies that deliver measurable impact and inform the future of our platform. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Lead the end-to-end deployment of Bretton AI's agents in highly regulated banking environments, ensuring the highest standards of quality and security. - Develop and execute custom implementation plans, workflow integrations, and training sessions for new enterprise clients. - Collaborate with go-to-market teams to expand enterprise contracts by identifying new use cases and opportunities within customer workflows. - Present results, insights, and proposals to a wide range of audiences, from technical analysts to C-suite
