About the role As the Head of Finance, you will build and lead Braintrust's finance function from the ground up. You'll sit at the center of our most critical decisions, owning planning, stress-testing bets, and partnering directly with our leadership team to allocate capital against our biggest opportunities. You'll play a critical role in how Braintrust scales. In the early stages, this is a hands-on role where you will build financial models, manage forecasting, and establish operational discipline. Over time, you will define our strategic finance function, build repeatable processes, and scale a high-performing team. You'll partner closely with GTM, Marketing, Engineering, and Operations to ensure decisions are grounded in sound economic principles and long-term value creation, while feeding insights back into how we improve our business model.
