Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented Slot Technician I to join our dynamic team in Kenner, United States. As a Slot Technician I, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing electronic gaming machines while ensuring compliance with safety protocols and gaming regulations. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electronic gaming machines and related equipment Respond to and resolve floor calls efficiently and independently Execute immediate, periodic, and overhaul maintenance procedures Conduct basic troubleshooting and diagnose common machine faults Identify electronic issues at the board level and escalate complex problems appropriately Read and interpret technical documentation and repair manuals Operate two-way radio systems for effective communication Stay current with new slot products and equipment updates Maintain accurate documentation of all maintenance and repair activities Follow established safety protocols and gaming regulations Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal gaming floor operations Qualifications: Must be 21 years of age or older One year of slot machine maintenance or related technical
