Job Description: Effectively manage all slot performance personnel-related matters including but not limited to interviewing, hiring, training, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and terminating. Resolve equipment operation discrepancies with internal personnel, gaming regulatory agency employees, and customers in a friendly and professional manner. Review and analyze reports related to slot equipment performance. Investigate deviations noted in slot management reports. Organize machine placement on casino floor, which may include the coordination of installations, moves, and conversions. Confer with manufacturers and vendors in a professional manner regarding slot equipment and parts. Assign and maintain work schedule for the slot performance staff. Utilize parts manuals and maintain an organized inventory. Develop and monitor periodic maintenance schedules to maintain efficiency of slot machinery. Qualifications: Must be at least 21 years of age. Five (5) years of experience in a similar position preferred. Must possess a thorough knowledge of the mechanics, electronics, and electrical functions
