Job Description: About the Role: We're looking for a skilled HVAC Technician to join our Facilities Team. This position plays a critical role in maintaining comfort, safety, and operational continuity across the property. The ideal candidate is experienced, reliable, and capable of diagnosing and repairing a wide range of HVAC and mechanical systems in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: - Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including VAVs, heat pumps, exhaust fans, and air handlers - Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and system performance checks - Diagnose issues with refrigeration, electrical components, motors, compressors, and controls - Monitor and adjust building automation systems (BAS/BMS) - Maintain accurate logs, service records, and compliance documentation - Respond promptly to service calls, alarms, and equipment failures - Ensure all work meets safety, regulatory, and company standards Qualifications: Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent required - 3+ years of HVAC service or maintenance experience in commercial or industrial environments - Strong understanding of refrigeration
