Job Description: The Heavy Duty Cleaner is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of sanitation and cleanliness throughout the kitchen facility. This role ensures that all dishes, cookware, and kitchen surfaces meet rigorous health and safety standards while supporting efficient kitchen operations. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/DUTIES: Ensure proper sanitation and cleaning of dishes, silverware, and glassware using both manual and automated dishwashing methods in compliance with health codes. Thoroughly wash and sanitize pots, pans, and trays to maintain equipment integrity and food safety standards. Maintain clean and safe kitchen floors through regular sweeping and mopping, preventing slip hazards and maintaining a professional environment. Uphold cleanliness standards for all kitchen equipment and work surfaces, adhering to established sanitation protocols. Properly segregate and dispose of waste materials into designated receptacles in accordance with facility guidelines and environmental regulations.
