Job Description: Responsible for the operations of the Sportsbook during assigned shift including, but not limited to, establishing limits for betting propositions in various sporting events, approving or denying wagers from customers, scheduling of staff, and ensuring compliance with gaming and company regulations. Provides prompt, courteous, accurate and overall exceptional service to internal and external guests including issue resolution. • Supervises the daily Sportsbook operations for an assigned shift. • Ensures compliance with all state and federal laws including regulatory controls with Indiana Gaming Commission and internal controls in order to safeguard the company's assets and to avoid liabilities. • Assists in monitoring business demands and makes necessary scheduling and staffing adjustments. • Monitors all monies being wagered and updates the betting odds according to Company policy. • Assists with the creation of writer tills. • Must be aware of all Title 31 procedures and logging. • Assumes the responsibilities of the Sportsbook Lead Supervisor in his/her
