Job Description: Par-A-Dice Hotel Casino's Dealer School is free , and a start to an exciting, new career in the casino industry! $200 Licensing Fee is being waived for Internal & External Candidates! A sign on bonus will be offered to both internal & external applicants who: Successfully complete Dealer School Pass the audition Are officially hired as a Blackjack Dealer The bonus will be paid 90 days after the hire date.
