Job Description: Provide excellent service to guests in a friendly and positive manner by giving SPIRITED attention and offering all products and focusing on overall guest satisfaction. • Meet and greet guests with pleasant smile and enthusiastic attitude; provide ongoing, nurturing attention to guests' satisfaction • Communicate with accuracy and friendliness to guests, and co-workers to serve beverages with repetitive motions and charge and give change • Walk, bend, stand, carry/balance serving tray over length/width of vessel for 95% of shift • Finalize transactions with multiple point of sales systems including cash, comp, credit cards, and tokens. • Must maneuver, reach, and stoop in bar area to obtain all necessary beverage ingredients and products • Work individually or in tandem with all duties • Must be able to read and utilize cleaning products appropriately • Operate banks and register and use math skills for banking • Must be able to maneuver weights of up to 20lbs. • Have working knowledge
