Job Description: Serve beverages to guests in a quick, efficient and courteous manner; perform side work to maintain cleanliness and stock supplies in assigned work areas. Must be 21 years of age to fulfill job requirements Provide quality guest service experience, maintaining friendliness and a smile during all interactions Job Tasks must be finished in a timely manner according to department standards Responsible for familiarization of cocktails and prices in order to insure proper ordering and expedition of beverage orders Suggest and up sell cocktails Observe and anticipate guest's needs in order to fill any additional requests Serve tables in proper order of arrival with exceptions in common sense situations or as your supervisor requested Inform immediate supervisor if a critical supply or service situation should arise Responsible for side work assigned and any additional assigned daily tasks Practice and observe safety rules and regulations and encourage others to do the same Perform related duties as assigned Conduct oneself in
