About the role: This role is part of a rapidly growing EMEA organization responsible for selling service contracts on Capital Equipment in hospitals and providing support through preventive maintenance, Upgrades, and Repair quotes, as well as contract bookings. The Capital Equipment Technical Services and service organization has undergone a large business transformation program, called Magellan, which will require ensuring data input to the new system, conducting complete control checks, and coordinating with other functions to ensure data and service entitlement accuracy. In this role, you're responsible for booking service contracts, ensuring ad-hoc billable quotes are completed on time, and the completeness and accuracy of service cases/work orders upon closure in the GSMS/SAP environment.
