About The Role: Boston Scientific in Arden Hills, MN is looking for a Senior Production Supervisor to join their team. The core hours of this shift are: 10:00pm-6:00am, Sunday-Thursday. The Senior Production Supervisor will lead a diverse team of direct labor employees in safely producing high quality medical devices and equipment for the customer - directly impacting patients' lives around the world. In this role, you will have the opportunity to grow your leadership skills as you lead, coach, and mentor the production and support team personnel creating a culture of engagement and continuous improvement.
