About the role: We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead the development and integration of battery and power systems for next-generation electrically active implantable medical devices. This role sits within a multidisciplinary R&D team and is responsible for translating system-level needs into robust electrical and battery specifications, while driving root cause analysis and continuous improvement of power-related performance. This is not a purely design role - it requires strong systems thinking, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to work at the interface of electrical hardware, ASIC design, and battery technology. Work Mode: At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows an onsite work model, requiring employees to be present in our Arden Hills, MN office, at least four to five days per week.
