About the role: The Principal Specialist - Change Enablement reports to the Senior Manager of Change Enablement on the Global Change Enablement team. This team builds organizational change capability by establishing standard methods, connecting people, processes, data, and tools, and delivering change strategies that drive adoption of priority initiatives. This role supports a project to deliver and sustain a new Enterprise Quality Management System (eQMS) for global nonconformance, CAPA, and complaint handling including intake, complaint management, and investigation. The platform will simplify, standardize, and modernize quality processes to improve efficiency, strengthen regulatory compliance, enable seamless data flow across sites, and support sustainable growth.
