Support the automation and digitalisation of HR processes by reviewing existing data, implementing AI-enabled solutions and supporting adoption. Project objectives: Review and structure existing HR data Support data collection and updates Identify HR processes suitable for automation Build and test AI-enabled HR tools Document automated processes and create user guidance Role & Responsibilities: Analyse HR processes and data flows Design and test AI or automation solutions Maintain process documentation Support communication and adoption of new tools What we are looking for: 3-rd year Bachelor student in Data, AI, IT, Business Analytics or similar Analytical mindset and interest in process improvement Basic understanding of automation or AI tools Good interpersonal and communication skills. Team player, proactive, hands-on approach Languages: Fluency in English & Dutch essential Excellent MS Office Proficiency Ability to multitask
