About this role
Field Service Engineer (based in Eastern Piemonte) Torino, IN Location: preferably based in the area of Eastern Piemonte (Novara, Vercelli, Alessandria), on a remote working schedule. About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Field Service Engineer with 2 to 4 years of experience in Field Service Engineering (medical field experience preferred). Willingness to travel is essential: our expectation is that Engineers will spend approximately 80% of their time in the field. The role will primarily support Central-Northern Italy, with occasional support required in other European countries. Fluent Italian and good English are mandatory. The successful candidate will provide technical support across different Business Units, with clients primarily being hospitals. In this role, you will responsible to: Repair, maintenance, and installation of medical capital equipment in clinical environments. Perform technical troubleshooting across all Boston Scientific Capital Equipment product lines. Develop and maintain customer relationships. Share and exchange information with all relevant internal and external stakeholders, particularly sales and technical services. Maintain accurate service documentation and records to ensure traceability. Maintain strong product competence (skills & knowledge) and attend all required trainings at our EMEA Training Centers in Kerkrade and Istanbul.
