Job Description The Manger, Financial Reporting and Policy is responsible for the preparation of all external financial statements and related reports filed with regulators including the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), Federal Reserve Board (FRB) and Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), and the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures throughout BOKF that ensure the financial statements comply with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and applicable implementation guidance.
