What awaits you? Work Environment - You work on a highly automated production line equipped with robots, which are set up, operated, and maintained by our team to ensure top-level quality. Quality Control - You are responsible for ensuring that the vehicle's exterior surfaces are flawless and meet BMW's quality standards and inspection plans. Troubleshooting and Diagnostics - You identify and correct paint and surface defects on the car bodies, ensuring they meet visual and tactile standards. Use of Equipment and Tools - You carry out visual and tactile inspections, including masking and surface preparation tasks in the paint shop.
