Lead the technical planning and programming of advanced paint processes and vision systems, ensuring a flawless journey from initial concept to mass production. Define, implement and improve processes within the IPP Paint Application and E-Coat Finish department to ensure best performance and highest quality levels. Integrate new products by programming line tracking vision system ( ISRA / VMT), DÜRR Paint Application System. Conduct the strategies that will lead the team to achieve results and meet targets. Organize department related activities for launch of new products and materials to ensure quality to the standard at SOP. Focus on Line tracking Vision System, DÜRR Paint Application system, 3D-Onsite. Coordinate activities focus in Paint Automatic Systems DÜRR, Paint Circulatory Systems, with the objective to improve technicall availability.
