About this role

Technical Content Creation Specialist, EV Fort Valley, GA Reporting to the Technical Training Supervisor, this role is responsible for evaluating, creating, tailoring, and maintaining technical documentation, service training literature, wiring schematics, trouble-shooting trees, training materials, and other internal and external technical documents. Duties will include but are not limited to: researching technical topics and associated engineering drawings for new and existing products, creating diagrams for service training literature and trouble-shooting guides, liaison with internal and external engineering personnel to garner deep understanding for a wide array of technical documentation and creation.
