The Role Blockit is looking for an Onboarding Specialist to own the early prospect and customer experience. This entry-level role plays a critical part in the prospect and customer journey, and can grow into many different areas within Sales, Post Sales, and beyond. You'll be the first person new customers interact with after signing up - getting them set up, unlocking the product quickly, and making sure they're seeing real value. You'll also support pilots and GTM efforts, helping close customers by showing them what Blockit can do firsthand. You'll work directly with founders, feed insights back to engineering and product, and help shape the onboarding playbook as we scale.
