Performance Marketing Specialist, Mobile Buenos Aires Blockchain is connecting the world to the future of finance. We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist (Mobile). You will be the core driver of our mobile user acquisition (UA) strategy, focusing on data-driven execution and aggressive ROAS optimization. This is a hands-on role requiring technical analytics skills and deep operational knowledge of major advertising platforms. WHAT YOU WILL DO - Hands-on creation, optimization, and scaling of performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Apple Search Ads (ASA), TikTok Ads and other channels. - Relentlessly focus on maximizing Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and achieving efficient mobile user acquisition targets. - Serve as the expert user for our Mobile Measurement Partner, AppsFlyer, ensuring data integrity and accurate attribution. - Manage the creative process by briefing design/creative teams and generating/validating effective ad copy and video scripts. - Utilize expertise in AI tools for copy creation, campaign optimization, and strategic performance analysis. - Deep understanding of mobile ad fraud (click injection, SDK spoofing) and prevention tools. - Ability to self-serve data via SQL/Looker/Tableau to reduce dependency on data teams. WHAT YOU WILL NEED - 5+ years in Performance/Growth Marketing, specifically focused on Mobile App Growth (UA). -
